St. James Winery’s Raspberry or Cherry wines!

All our fruit wines are made with real fruit juices, which gives them as close to fresh ripe fruit taste as you can find in a bottle of wine.

Serve St. James Winery Raspberry or Cherry wines well-chilled. They pair beautifully with a big wine glass and an even bigger box of chocolates!

They also taste great alongside your favorite book, so……after dinner, St. James Winery recommends Todd Klimen’ s The Wild Vine: A Forgotten Grape and the Untold Story of American Wine, a book devoted to the fascinating story of the Norton grape.

For two different takes on the same Norton grape, sip along with our 2012 Cynthiana or 2009 Norton, which the San Francisco Chronicle just awarded Double Gold and Gold, respectively.

St. James WInery Wine Pouches

It’s back to school time — Friendship School wine time!

For years people have loved St. James Winery’s Friendship School White and Friendship School Red wines for their high quality and great value.

But they’re also a perennial favorite because of their versatility. Here are some of our favorite ways to indulge in these two delicious wines.

    • Enjoy them before dinner with spicy peanuts or crackers and cheese or barbequed wings.
    • Add them to your favorite dishes when the recipe calls for a semi-sweet red or white wine.
    • Give food-friendly Friendship School Red or Friendship School White a place on your table to complement your meal.
    • Savor these award-winning wines all by themselves to unwind at the end of a long day.
    • Now that these two great wines are available in 1 liter pouches, take them along in their on an outdoor outing picnic or hike.

And here’s a Cook’s Tip: our wine pouches are also great for at-home use keeping because wine stays fresh for up to a month after opening!

Cheers!!

  •

St. James Winery Fruit WInes

St. James Winery’s innovative line of fruit wines are the perfect complement to a summer meal.  And with all the fresh fruits in season, the only difficulty is deciding what to cook!

Here are a few delicious ideas:

Not only do our fruit wines taste great in food, they are delicious when savored all by themselves.  At the recent LA Wine Competition wine judges awarded five of our fruit wines scores of 90+, including Peach which won Best of Class!

St. James Winery’s Moscato has a new look this spring! But don’t worry because inside the bottle, it’s the same great wine you’ve come to know and love.

“>Moscato has a delicate nose filled with the aromas of dried apricot and pineapple. A semi-sweet white wine, our Moscato is a combination of crisp nectarine and apricot flavors, plus juicy notes of tropical fruit that culminate in a neat, clean finish. Moscato tastes great with salty bagel chips and Blue or Gorgonzola cheeses.

Fresh off gold medal wins at the Florida State Fair International and Jerry Mead’s New World International, “>St. James Winery Moscato is a great value at under $13/bottle (& case discounts apply!).

Moscato is part of our new Frontier Selections series, wines dedicated to the pioneering spirit that flourishes at St. James Winery. Look for new Frontier Selections labels on your favorites like Norton, Cynthiana, Vignoles, and Riesling in the months ahead.
