at Bleu Restaurant & Wine Bar
- 3 ounces St. James Winery Blackberry Wine
- 1-1/2 ounces spiced rum
- splash of brown sugar simple syrup
- premium ginger ale
- Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into cocktail glass.
- Top with a splash of ginger ale just for a little fizz.
This one can be served straight up or on the rocks, your choice.
