What are your hours?
St. James Winery is open for tastings and tours during the following dates and times:
Monday-Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm
Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm
How many bottles of wine are in a case?
There are 12 bottles in each case.
What is the best way to store wine?
If you have a corked wine, store it on its side to keep the cork wet and prevent the wine from oxidizing. If it is a twist-off top you can store it upright.
Do you have a non-alcoholic wine?
St. James Winery does not make a non-alcoholic wine, but we do carry non-alcoholic juice and sparkling juice. These are festive options for your designated drivers!
Why can’t you ship to my state?
Each state has its own alcohol shipping laws, which we must follow.
St. James Winery CANNOT ship to: AK, AL, CT, DE, HI, IN, KY, LA, MA, ME, MS, MT, NJ, RI, UT, VT. Also, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS WARNING: Drinking distilled spirits, beer, cooler, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk, and during pregnancy, can cause birth defects. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/alcohol. Many food and beverage cans have linings containing bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical known to the State of California to cause harm to the female reproductive system. Jar lids and bottle caps may also contain BPA. You can be exposed to BPA when you consume foods or beverages packaged in these containers. For more information, go to: www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/BPA
Do you get a discount on more than a case?
Case discounts have been removed. Discounts have been reallocated to Wine club members, 12 bottles members receive 20% off while 63 and 6 bottles members receive 15 % off.
Is there a minimum or maximum order?
There is no minimum or maximum order. However, some state laws do restrict how much wine you can purchase during a year. If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-800-280-9463.
Is there a cost for tastings or tours?
There is no cost for our production tours. Wine flight tastings are offered at $5 for 5 and are available during regular business hours. Our tours are offered daily on the hour from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Please note: if the cellar is not safe, we will cancel all tours. (Due to Pandemic Protocols for public safety, Tours are temporarily unavailable.)
What if I want to place an order and I do not have a credit card or debit card?
You may call us at 1-800-280-9463 and place your order. We will hold your order until we receive your check or money order. Once it is received, we will ship your order to you. You can always visit us in-person with a cash order, as well!
Can you put together a custom-made gift box?
Yes, we are happy to create a custom-made gift boxes. Our customer service team members are excellent shoppers who are intimately familiar with our products and merchandise. Please give us a call at 1-800-280-9463, and we can help!
How long can you store wine?
Once opened, all wines are good for 2-5 days. If unopened, sweet and semi-sweet wines can be stored for up to 18 months. The dry reds can age anywhere from 3-8 years.

Where do you make your wine?
All of our wines are made at St. James Winery in St. James, Missouri.
If I am a Wine Club member will I receive my discount when purchasing online?
Yes, the Wine Club membership discount is available for online purchases.
When choosing my wine selection for the Wine Club, am I able to mix the wines?
Yes, you are able to mix different wines for the Select Club and Reserve Club. Adventure Club is already a mix chosen for you depending on if you picked Dry, Sweet or Mix.
