INGREDIENTS:
2 oz St. James Pineapple Mango Wine
1.5oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz orange liqueur
0.5 oz agave syrup
2-3 slices of jalapeño
Tajin for the rim
Lime and Pineapple for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip in Tajin. In a shaker, muddle jalapeño then add wine, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave syrup with ice and shake. Strain into glass and garnish with pineapple and jalapeño.
