- 1 bottle St. James Winery Riesling
- 4 medium peaches, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup St. James Winery Peach Wine
- 1 bottle chilled St. James Winery Sparkling Moscato
- In a large pitcher combine riesling, peaches, sugar, and peach wine. Chill for 3 hours or until cold.
- To serve, pour in sparkling wine and stir gently.
