A new take on the classic Manhattan
with the flare of bold Norton flavors and acidity.
- 2 ounces St. James Winery Estate Norton
- 2 ounces Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Carpano Antica Vermouth
- 2 dashes Whiskey Barrel Bitters
- Combine all ingredients in a small pitcher and stir until ice cold.
- Serve over the rocks in a rocks glass.
