Missouri Sour

This cocktail brings together the bold warmth of Switchgrass Bourbon with bright citrus and a touch of sweetness, crowned with a float of wine for a striking finish. Balanced, refreshing, and just a little unexpected.

Ingredients:

2oz Switchgrass Bourbon
3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
1/2oz Welch’s Sweet Red Wine from St. James Winery

Directions:

Shake Switchgrass Bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice for about 20 seconds. Strain into coup glass. Float wine by resting the back of a spoon over the cocktail and slowly streaming the wine over the spoon so that it floats on the top of the drink. Enjoy!
