Reserve Club members select 12 bottles of their favorite wine or juice each quarter. Members can pick this up and take a moment to taste and talk with our customer service team or have the box shipped! Members receive special pricing on wine purchases online and in the Tasting Room, 20% off all gourmet foods, gifts and apparel (excluding Gift Cards and Gift Boxes) online and in the Tasting Room.
You choose six bottles of wine or juice each quarter – so select your favorites or mix and match favorites with our new releases. You can ship your club order or pick it up in person and spend some time in the Tasting Room or The Gardens! Select Club members will receive special pricing on wine purchases online and in the Tasting Room, 15% off all gourmet foods, gifts and apparel (excluding Gift Cards and Gift Boxes) online and in the Tasting Room.
Let us select three special bottles of wine for you each quarter. These will include Podium wines, early releases and specialty wines. In addition to our wine selections, you receive 15% off all gourmet foods, gifts and apparel (excluding Gift Cards and Gift Boxes) online and in the Tasting Room.

How does Wine Club work?
Upon signing up you will be asked your preferences on sweet, dry or mixed wines and 3, 6 or 12 bottles. We will auto-fill your Wine Club cart with custom seasonal selections and notify you via a confirmation email quarterly. These will be issued in Jan, April, July and October. You will have two weeks from the confirmation email being sent to make any changes, adjustments, or cancel your order. If no changes need to be made to wine selections, shipping/billing or payment information then nothing is needed to be done on your behalf. If you prefer different wine(s) or need to make any changes, follow the link on your Wine Club confirmation email and update your order. After the two week waiting period is complete, we will automatically complete your order. Lastly, if you approve of our selections you can activate your order at any time and we will ship it out immediately.
If I am a Wine Club member will I receive my discount when purchasing online?
Yes, the Wine Club membership discount is available for online purchases. These are 15% for 3 and 6 bottle members and 20% for 12 bottle members. As a member, your discount should appear once you have logged into your customer account.
When choosing my wine selection for the Wine Club, am I able to change the wines each order? Can I order more than my club amount?
Yes, you can customize each club order. You may add more bottles than your set club amount as well.t A pre-built wine selection will appear in your cart quarterly chosen for you depending on if you picked Dry, Sweet or Mix. You will receive an email alerting you that it is time for Wine Club, and your cart is ready for customization, with easy links provided to make your appropriate changes.
I don’t know how this got ordered because I didn’t place it. What should I do?
These are automated quarterly wine club orders and you will receive 4 in a calendar year. Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct. You do not have to order on this schedule as a member which is why you are given this two week period to cancel if you have already fulfilled your quarter order at another time in the last 3 months.
I just ordered last month, I do not want this order. Will this cancel my membership?
No, you are able to order outside of the schedule club times and count them toward your quarterly shipment. You can simply follow the email prompts to cancel this club order as it is not needed at this time, or you can send us an email to info@stjameswinery.com and our Customer Service department can get your club order skipped for you.
Is there a fee to become a member?
There is no fee to join one of our Wine Clubs.
Will I be charged to cancel my membership?
There is no fee to cancel at any time. We do ask if you need to cancel your membership before fulfilling your first four quarterly orders, that you do not sign up again for one year following the cancellation.
