Each state has its own regulations and direct shipping laws that change regularly. Please contact Customer Service at 573-261-3374 to inquire if your state is not listed above.


All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older, with proper identification) for delivery. If someone 21 years of age or older will not be available during UPS delivery hours, we strongly recommend sending your order to a business address where someone will be able to sign for the package. In the event you are unable to take delivery of your wine after 3 attempts, UPS will return the package to the winery. If you wish to re-ship your order, this additional shipping cost will be billed to the purchaser. If you wish to cancel your order, you may receive credit for the items purchased, less the shipping charges incurred. Contact customer service at 573-261-3374 with any questions.


Additional charges may be incurred if you make changes to your order following the pickup of wine from our facility by UPS. To avoid these charges, please review your order carefully for accuracy. A $15.00 fee will be charged for any of the following:
• Change of shipping address
• Correction of shipping address
• Requesting shipment delay or postponement

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders placed online before 10 a.m. CST will be processed the same day. After 10 a.m. CST orders will be processed on the next business day. For more immediate assistance, please call the winery at (573) 265-7912. All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older, with proper identification) for delivery. In instances of extreme weather temperatures, orders will be processed Monday-Thursday to ensure the integrity of your purchase.

We’ll ship to residential or business addresses. Since you must sign for the package, it’s best to choose your shipping address on where you are during the day.

The shipping is expensive but here’s why.
We understand the shipping of wine is expensive. Please understand wine is heavy, fragile and perishable. This is why it is important to have someone 21 years of age or older to accept your order. Your order will not be left on a doorstep to be affected by the weather (overheat or freeze) or to be stolen. Also, we NEVER charge more than the actual cost of shipping. The reason we cannot ship to your state.
The laws and regulations for the shipping of alcohol are different in every state. We’re always working to obtain permits for more states, but in some cases, the law just does not allow it.
