- 2 cups St. James Winery Velvet Red Wine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (1.75-ounce) box fruit pectin
- Combine wine and sugar in a sauce pan. Heat over medium for 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves completely. Stir. Sugar must be completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat, stir in fruit pectin.
- Pour into jelly jars.
- Seal with canning jar lids.
