- 1 pound diced seedless watermelon, chopped about 3-4 cups
- 1 pint strawberries, cleaned & de-stemmed
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons sugar or more
- 1/2 cup St. James Winery Strawberry Wine
- Add all ingredients into a blender large blender.
- Blend until smooth and adjust the sugar to taste, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries and watermelon.
