I just signed up. When can I expect my Welcome Reward?

You can expect a Welcome Reward of $5.00 Off Your Next Visit to arrive in your inbox within 24 hours after initial sign-up. If there’s a delay, let us know. Contact our Customer Service team at 800-280-9463 or at info@stjameswinery.com.

How do I earn points?

It’s simple. Provide your phone number to your server or cashier each time you visit St. James Winery (St. James and Branson) or Public House Brewing Company (St. James Taproom and Rolla R&D Brewpub). Your phone number is your ID! There is no card to keep track of – or lose. If your phone number changes, simply click the “Update Your Account” link found at the bottom of every email to update it. You can also contact our Customer Service team by calling 800-280-9463 for assistance or at info@stjameswinery.com.

You will earn one point for every dollar you spend in-person and online. Occasionally, we will offer promotional purchases or customer programming to earn additional points.

Can I earn points and redeem offers at all locations? 

Yes. Your points, offers and rewards will be available at all of our locations: Public House Brewing Company (PHBC) St. James Taproom, PHBC Rolla R&D Brewpub, St. James Winery – St. James, and St. James Winery – Branson.

When will I earn a Reward? How can I redeem it?

Standard Rewards: You’ll receive a Reward for every 250 points earned (the first time you reach the halfway point at 125 points, we will send you a reward for a free draft beer or glass of wine).

Annual Rewards: If you earn 575 or 1075 points within the year, you will receive 25 and 50 percent, respectively, off a case of beer, wine or cider. Your annual point accumulation resets at the beginning of each year.

Lifetime Rewards: We will also track the total amount of points you accrue over your lifetime as a member of Shared Rewards. When you reach 2,000 lifetime points, we will automatically enter you into a drawing for one of our Experiential Rewards, where you’ll be treated like the royalty you are!

We will announce the lifetime reward at the beginning of each year so you know what to expect. If you sign up in 2017, all of your points will be prorated to 2018. In January 2018, we’ll announce the Experiential Reward you can earn for 2019.

To be eligible for entry into the Lifetime Rewards drawing for each year, you must have purchased items from St. James Winery or Public House Brewing Company within the last 90 days of that year and accumulated a lifetime total of 2,000 or more points.

Redeeming Rewards: You can redeem earned Rewards on your next visit to St. James Winery or Public House Brewing Company. Just show your reward to your server/cashier and it will be applied to your order/purchase.

Am I able to get my messages via text messaging rather than email?

Yes. Please look for an opt-in email.

How are Birthday Rewards and other Special Rewards communicated and redeemed? 

All Birthday and Special Rewards are sent to you via email.  All offers can be redeemed by presenting them during your visit.

How do I check my points balance and account activity?

You can click the “Update Your Account” link at the very bottom of every email to log in and see your activity and check your current point status. To make it easy, each email offer will lead with, “Hi [First Name], you have [Points Balance] points.”

Only the current points you have obtained will be listed, not your lifetime points. We will periodically send an email highlighting your journey to lifetime points. If you’d like to know your lifetime points before we send them to you, contact Customer Service at 800-280-9463 or info@stjameswinery.com.

You may also update your profile information (a new address, for example) by clicking the “Update Your Account” link at the bottom of every email or by calling Customer Service.

You’re not going to fill up my inbox are you?

Absolutely not. You can expect about two to three emails each month with special offers and opportunities to earn additional points. We never share your information with third parties. Ever.

How do I opt out?

We hope you won’t decide to leave our loyalty club, but you can always opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails and following the prompts.
