Do something fun and unique with your special someone for Valentine’s Day by taking them to our Progressive Valentine’s Dinner on Saturday, February 12 at 6pm.
Meet in the St. James Winery Tasting Room to go on a tour of the winery and Public House Brewing Company to experience a four-course meal paired with a choice of beer or wine at different destinations throughout both locations.
Enjoy the meal and ask questions to learn more about how wine and beer are crafted.
Meet & Greet
Location: St. James Winery Tasting Room
Arrive as early as 5:45pm
You’ll be served either Cream Ale or Sparkling Moscato

Savory Kolach with Moon Dance Farms short rib and Feta topped with sweet compound butter. Paired with your choice of Dry Vignoles or Revelation Stout.
First Course
Location: Public House Cellar
Infatuation “Wrap Around Your Date”
Bacon wrapper date topped with a chicharrone. Paired with your choice of Winemakers Chardonel or Flynn’s Irish Red.
Main Course
Location: Public House Mezzanine
Love “Plating up your Heart”
Roasted pork loin on a bed of wild rice with a strawberry and Revelation Stout Sauce. Paired with your choice of Norton 42 or Headshot Helles.
Location: Public House Mezzanine
Trust “Is a Shot in the Dark”
Dark chocolate shot glass filled with bacon caramel mouse. Paired with your choice of Sparkling Blush or This Creature Beer.
Please dress accordingly as this tour does walk outside between buildings.
