- 1 bottle St. James Winery Pink Catawba Wine
- 1/4 cup pomegranate syrup
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup orange juice
- chopped pears
- chopped apples
St. James Winery Sparkling Blush or club soda
- Combine all ingredients in a covered container and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve on the rocks in wine glasses.
- Top off with a splash of sparkling wine or club soda for a little extra fizz.
