At St. James Winery, we are dedicated to producing fine wines that are sustainably made. From the vineyards to the cellar we utilize water management techniques and use the best and most efficient equipment available. Our irrigation system collects soil moisture data to minimize water consumption while cultivating the grapes in turn conserving and protecting natural resources. We take our commitment to the environment seriously, and we strive to make a positive impact on our local community.
Proceeds from the Friendship School Collection of wines help us to invest in and work to sustain the cultural history of our vineyards, our craft, and our community. This summer we are supporting our community through water conservation, and we have been actively involved in clean-up programs along the rivers emphasizing our wineries commitment to sustainable practices. We have partnered with American Rivers, Missouri River Relief, and Living Lands & Waters to help ensure clean, healthy rivers for generations to come.
We invite you to join us on this journey of sustainability — one sip at a time!
